My favourite Irish authors:
1. Robert McLiam Wilson - I love Eureka Street, I have read it over and over again and I keep finding new bits every time.
2. Oscar Wilde - An excellent observer of the human condition, his work does not seem the least bit old-fashioned.
3. Marian Keyes - Yep, it's chick-lit, but that does not mean that she doesn't talk deal with serious themes.
