I want to be a writer

I always wanted to earn my money as a writer. If your definition of writer is, "person who earns money by producing text", then I'd be a writer. Well, I am a writer. I write web content, on a subject that has been one of my favourites for a long time.
That wasn't what I meant, though. I should have been more specific in my wish.
While I enjoy writing non-fiction, when I said I wanted to be a writer I meant fiction writer. The annoying thing about non-fiction is that you have to stick to the facts. With fiction, you can make them up - as long as you are consistent with your world, you get away with everything.
